| For all of you who didn't know, but only saw the movie, Sleepy Hollow is a real place located in Westchester county New York. I used to live a mere 20 minutes from Sleepy Hollow, a quaint, old, historical village, with a really awesone graveyard! Sleepy Hollow was settled by the Dutch in the 1600's, and the Old Dutch Church still stands. There is a Hession soilder buried in the graveyard, and also Hulda the Witch. The legend of Sleepy Hollow has been around for a couple hundred years, but the fictional story that Washington Irving wrote is quite different from the movie script. Last year when Marduk stayed a few days with me I took them for an outing to the cemetery. Well, thats a black metal thing to do huh? |
